CLINTON COUNTY SHOWCASE SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
November 22nd, 2009
The following were in attendance; Board Officers Dustin McSparin, Angie Hammel, Jill Klostermann, Paul Klosterman, Pat Kreher, Rob Otrembiak, Lois Kellermann, Deanna Ratermann, Mike Huelsmann and Charlie Huelsmann.
I. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Executive Director Dustin McSparin
II. Letter of Resignation Dustin read a letter of resignation from Lauren Fuehne. Effective after December meeting. Dustin will have an appointee at the December meeting for a vote.
III. Show Selection A. The Show Selection Committee makes a motion that the October 2010 production is a Nunsense sequel that we have not previously performed. Second by Jill Klostermann
Charlie Huelsmann makes a motion to amend the motion to say Nunsense Amen. Second by Rod Otrembiak 7 in favor, 2 opposed, motion passed
Vote for amended motion All in favor, motion passed
B. The Show Selection Committee motions that the February 2011 production is To Kill a Mockingbird. Second by Jill Klostermann 4 in favor, 4 opposed, motion does not pass
C. The Show Selection Committee motions that the February 2011 production is The Odd Couple Second by Rob Otrembiak 7 in favor, 2 opposed, motion passed
IV. Adjourn Paul Klostermann makes a motion to adjourn at 8:02 Second by Rob Otrembiak All in favor, motion carried |

Clinton County Showcase is a non-profit community arts group (Breese, Illinois) dedicated to promoting art, music, and theatre events. Our goal is to provide a creative artistic outlet for our youth as well as adults. To that end we have established the following Scholarships to be presented annually. |
